Two Key points we learnt from todays survey

Rapide Resources recently did an online survey to our Print and Sign Customers and one of the questions was:

What frustrates you most about your print and sign shop?

Top two replies:

Staff shortages Answer 57%

Profitability Answer 38%

The top two(2) frustrations in your business are staff shortages and profitability, \how likely is it that if you can secure, train and retain good staff you are more likely to have good profitability within your business.

I would say training, retaining and respecting your staff is important. I would also say the business process, mindfulness and culture within your business will retain staff and ultimately return a profitable business.
